This is a sublimated product. Do not expose to extreme heat, do not put in dishwasher, do not put in microwave, do not soak for long periods of time.

I will provide a 30 day return on products if they arrive damaged or if you are not happy with the undamaged product.

Returning damaged products:

If your product arrived damaged, you will need to contact me immediately, send pictures of the shipping box and pictures of the damaged product. The damage could not have been due to recipients negligence or failure to follow care insturctions. All care instructions are listed on item description page and sent on an information sheet with product.
