These are handmade and hand painted. As with all handmade items, no two items are the exact same. Also, handmade items can and likely will have some sort of flaw. This is what makes them unique, original and gives them character.
I will provide a 30 day return on products if they arrive damaged or if you are not happy with the undamaged product.

Returning damaged products:

If your product arrived damaged, you will need to contact me immediately, send pictures of the shipping box and pictures of the damaged product. The damage could not have been due to recipients negligence or failure to follow care insturctions. All care instructions are listed on item description page and sent on an information sheet with product.

All items are made in shop and not mass produced. Epoxy products are subject to minor defects. This is what gives it charachter and makes them unique. Each product will vary in some way from another product. No two pieces will be exactly identical even if they are the same in every way (color, shape, material, type, category, etc.). Color combinations can be personalized, contact me directly for personalization.
